    This kit includes a pre made jar with injection port and a filter patch for fresh air exchange. 10 cc of liquid culture base nutrient. And two supplied syringes for with drawing your liquid culture.
    Germinating spores will provide the best results when using spores. This cut down any chance of contamination and increase your inoculation rate.
